The brewery is owned and operated by Husband and Wife team, Jo and James Struthers.

With extensive brewing experience they focus on producing beer with local influences.

Using finest Scottish malts and grains, whole leaf hops and the finest Highland water, our beers are created to showcase the best ingredients available.

Its a tall order to compliment the natural beauty of Loch Ewe, but with every brew, care and attention to detail we strive to find the perfect compliment to our surroundings.
